The SOAR Clinical Trial
Right now, select doctors throughout the U.S. are taking part in the SOAR Clinical Trial. The trial is evaluating the safety and effectiveness of the KineSpring System — an investigational device designed to relieve knee pain, while preserving your joint’s natural anatomy and range of motion.
Current SOAR Trial Locations (Additional locations being added)
- West Palm Beach, FL
- Charlotte, NC
- Durham, NC
- Portland, OR
- Indianapolis, IN
- Minneapolis, MN
- Charlottesville, VA
- San Francisco, CA
If you qualify and choose to join the SOAR Clinical Trial, you will receive all study-related care at no cost. This includes the KineSpring System, as well as any examinations and follow-up visits required for the study.
Following your KineSpring Procedure, you will be asked to meet with your doctor four times over the next 12 months, and then once a year thereafter over the next four years. These visits are an important part of the study, as they allow your doctor to closely monitor your knee condition and overall experiences.
All studies, including this one, involve some risks (complications or side effects from the study treatment). Prior to joining the study, your doctor will discuss the risks and potential benefits with you in detail to help you decide whether the study may be right for you.
